What is Anchor Point?
Most primary care practices are built around volume.
Anchor Point is built around involvement—keeping your physician directly engaged, accessible, and responsible for your care over time.
It is an intentionally small, physician-led practice designed around a direct, long-term relationship with a single doctor. Care is not shared across providers, and the practice is not structured to scale or expand.
This allows for deeper familiarity, clearer communication, and more consistent judgment—especially when medical decisions become more complex or evolve over time.
Physician-owned and physician-led
Intentionally limited patient panel
One physician accountable for your care
Emphasis on continuity over coverage
Designed to stay personal—not to grow larger.
About Dr. Speicher
Dr. Matthew Speicher is a board-certified emergency physician with experience in academic, operational, and executive medical settings, including several years at the White House Medical Unit.
His work has focused on caring for patients in environments where clear judgment, preparation, and discretion are essential.
Through Anchor Point, he brings that same approach into a primary care setting designed around access, continuity, and thoughtful decision-making. His role extends beyond routine care—helping patients think through medical questions, evaluate recommendations, and navigate the healthcare system with clarity and confidence.
Membership
Anchor Point is a membership-based practice designed to allow for more time, continuity, and direct physician involvement—without the constraints of insurance billing.
Membership supports a small, intentionally limited patient panel so care can remain personal, responsive, and consistent over time.
Annual membership is typically in the range of $4,000–$4,800 per adult, with reduced rates for children and additional household members. Quarterly and semi-annual options are available.
Membership includes:
Same-day or next-day access with extended, unhurried visits
Longitudinal care with a physician who knows your history, priorities, and goals
Preventive care and ongoing planning around lifestyle and health
Acute and chronic disease management with continuity over time
Ongoing medical guidance and coordination when care becomes more complex
